The audio with Kirk, Lee and Brad and the fight songs, the hitting, the crowd noise isnt anything short of top notch. The commentary rarely gets dull and it seems like they are always aware of whats going on.
The graphics could probably be a touch better but the game play is so freakn good. Nothing is complicated, but the better you get the more you can take advantage of everything there is to do.
The game modes are really nice, and there are a ton of extras I havent even explored yet. Right now just having a lot of fun with dynasty mode. It's nice EA finally put out something worth raving about.
It's not retardedly easy to bust big plays, just has that very nice NCAA feel. Hardest part about kicking FG is the aim. Sounds funny but its true.

I was the biggest fan you could find of the NCAA series....its just been completely worthless the past two years. Don't even get me started on Madden.
If you want one example of why it is a piece of shit.....WRs do not run routes, they just run like robots to where they are supposed to go. Sure, they will run 10 yards up and then an out route, but there is absolutely no programming to make it look like an actual route. No sharp cuts, no WR/DB interaction at all, just robot movement. Add in the fact that the DBs make plays on the ball a million times better than WRs do and it leads to 6 interceptions a game. Sure you can cut down on your own interceptions by only throwing certain routes (completely unrealistic) but the CPU will continue to throw 4,5,6 or more every game. Not to mention there is no such thing as a pocket for the QB, linebackers and DBs are superhuman, it is impossible to put any touch on your passes.
Check out APF 2k8 if you want a football game for the 360, I promise after that playing NCAA or Madden will make you want to throw up its so disgustingly bad.

I run the ball a lot, so I guess that is why I like NCAA 08. haha
I still say the game has a lot of fun factor, but I notice that about the recievers also. The DB almost always seems to be in better position. Even if I hold to throw harder or tap to loft. I just adjusted and try and get it out fast.

You really think that about Madden? Maybe I should try it before I pass judgement. Saw some bad reviews and have been turned off ever since the cone vision debacle.
